Firemount Textiles Ltd is seeking a dedicated and responsible Health & Safety Officer to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards and promote a safe working environment.
This position is open to both local and expatriate candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with health & safety laws and company policies
- Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections
- Investigate incidents and prepare reports
- Conduct health & safety training and awareness sessions
- Maintain safety records and documentation
- Promote a strong safety culture within the factory
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field with 10-15 years of experience in this particular field.
- Knowledge of local health & safety regulations
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Previous experience in a textile or industrial environment will be an advantage
