We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Clerk to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day HR and administrative duties, ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Support recruitment processes (posting ads, scheduling interviews, etc.)
- Prepare HR-related reports and correspondence
- Handle attendance, leave, and payroll data updates
- Assist with employee onboarding and training coordination
- Provide administrative support to the HR department
Requirements:
- Minimum School Certificate (SC) or equivalent
- Previous experience in Human Resources or administration preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
