We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Clerk to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day HR and administrative duties, ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation
  • Support recruitment processes (posting ads, scheduling interviews, etc.)
  • Prepare HR-related reports and correspondence
  • Handle attendance, leave, and payroll data updates
  • Assist with employee onboarding and training coordination
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department

Requirements:

  • Minimum School Certificate (SC) or equivalent
  • Previous experience in Human Resources or administration preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
