Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage daily laundry production operations for denim garments.
• Ensure smooth workflow and productivity targets are achieved (up to 20,000 pieces per day).
• Supervise and guide laundry team members in washing, finishing, and quality checks.
• Monitor washing formulas and process parameters to ensure quality standards.
• Plan and allocate resources (manpower, machines, chemicals) efficiently.
• Maintain inventory of chemicals, machines, and tools.
• Collaborate with the Production and Quality departments for continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety measures and proper handling of chemicals and machines.
Requirements:
• 10–15 years of experience in laundry operations within a denim textile environment and with a workforce of 125-150 workers.
• Strong knowledge of denim fabric behavior and various washing techniques.
• Excellent understanding of all chemicals used in denim washing (enzyme, bleach, neutralizer, softeners, etc.).
• Capable of handling high production volumes (20,000+ pieces/day).
